Programme Manager, Auckland
Dianna is a second-generation Kiwi bioorganometallic synthetic chemist trained at Waipapa Taumata Rau. She is the first in her extended family to gain a doctorate. Dianna leads the Return On Science Biotech & Pharma and Auckland Momentum Investment Committees and is a strong supporter of the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship’s Velocity Programme. Dianna is passionate about women in STEM and championing young women where she can. To unwind, Dianna typically can be found reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, crocheting, or knitting.
Programme Manager, Wellington
Emily has been a Programme Manager for Momentum and Return On Science since 2023. She looks after the Return On Science Physical Sciences and Agritech & Food Committees as well as Manawatū and Wellington Momentum. Hailing from Leicester, England, she moved to Aotearoa in 2019 to pursue a PhD in Chemistry at Te Herenga Waka and enjoyed New Zealand so much she decided to stay. When not at work Emily can often be found catching up with friends over a beer (or three) and chatting about England’s chances in the UEFA European Football Championship.
Programme Manager, Auckland
Jardin was born and raised in the heart of West Auckland. He has a professional background in electronic engineering, having worked at various startups over the past 4-5 years. Jardin is proud to be of Māori descent and hopes to leverage his experience to support young Māori entrepreneurs on their journey in the world of innovation here in Aotearoa. When not in the office, Jardin is likely to be found surfing the white wash at either Muriwai or Piha.

Giovanni has a background in Biotech and a PhD in neuroscience. He is passionate about innovation, technology, science, and food
Programme Analyst, Dunedin
Tavor is a first year law and communications student at the Univerity of Otago. This is his first job and as such he is enthusiastic about learning the space and finding a passion. Tavor enjoys football and golf in his spare time.
